Licensed since 1998. Licensed as a real estate agent in Virginia and as a real estate broker in North Carolina. Full-time agent with a B.A. degree in economics from Virginia Tech and post-baccalaureate work in Real Estate and Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University. Presently hold the position of Director of Training and Agent Development with Long & Foster Oceanfront.
